Virtual Psych Services, LLC was founded by Taylor Scruggs, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) living in the greater New Orleans area with current certifications in Georgia, Louisiana, and Maryland. Since beginning her career as a school psychologist in 2019, Taylor has supported students across the full educational continuum, from early childhood through high school, starting in a traditional brick-and-mortar school district and later expanding into remote school psychology services across multiple states, including Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, and Oregon.

Through her experience as a school psychologist, Taylor has seen firsthand the challenges districts face in meeting growing evaluation demands while maintaining high-quality, student-centered services. Virtual Psych Services was created to provide thoughtful, collaborative support that strengthens existing school teams and improves access to comprehensive school psychological services.

Taylor specializes in remote and hybrid service delivery models, psychoeducational assessment, Autism evaluations, executive functioning supports, family-school partnerships, systems-level support, staff consultation, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed assessment practices. She brings a practical understanding of both district operations and the day-to-day realities of school psychology, allowing services to be tailored to the unique needs of each school community.

Virtual Psych Services partners with districts to provide a range of school psychology services, including comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, reevaluations and record reviews, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), consultation, professional development, and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Our approach is built on collaboration, communication, and integration. Rather than functioning as an outside provider, we work alongside district teams to provide consistent, ethical, and high-quality support while maintaining the relationships and teamwork that are essential to effective school psychology practice.

As Virtual Psych Services continues to grow, we are expanding our ability to support diverse learners through bilingual evaluations and culturally responsive assessment practices.
